Can more then 18 characters be engraved on a Keepsake Box? We may have to reduce the font size in order for them all to fit, so if you are okay with that then please write 'see comments' where the name goes on the order page and then at checkout write the name exactly as you want it engraved in the comments section at checkout.
How long does shipping take? Processing here is the shop is 1 - 3 days plus shipping - depending on the level of shipping you select at checkout, add 2 - 14 days.
